Isaiah leads Hobbs Strategic Talent Resourcing Vertical (STRV), focusing on managing the business relationship with private and public sector clients.
Drawing on his experience as a Division I and professional basketball player overseas, Isaiah brings a unique blend of teamwork, discipline, and leadership to talent resourcing. His background in high-level athletics has instilled a results-driven mindset and the ability to adapt quickly—qualities that help clients build agile, high-performing teams.
With prior hands-on real estate management experience, Isaiah understands the importance of strategic planning, resource optimization, and long-term value creation. This perspective enables him to identify and deliver talent solutions that align with clients’ business goals and workforce needs.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, Isaiah leverages his understanding of human behavior to match organizations with the right talent, fostering strong, productive workplace cultures. His objective for STRV is to provide clients with innovative, tailored talent strategies that drive organizational success and sustainable growth.
